  3. Once your home is found on the web, we want it to look its best. We will have a professional photographer and videographer provide still shots, 3D tours and even aerial videos of your property. 
  4. Dick will do his homework! Prior to offering your property for sale, he will guide you through the “pre-sale” process. Septic inspections, past sales history, compliance for town hall departments, etc. will all be part of Dick’s due diligence. He can refer you to attorneys, inspectors, engineers, etc. to address your needs.
  5. Guaranteed showings are part of our commitment to you. We guarantee that all showings will be scheduled and attended by Dick or one of his staff.
  6. Dick does not practice Dual Agency. That means that you are his only client in a transaction. He will not become a neutral party to the sale, he will negotiate and advocate on your behalf from the time he takes the listing to when he attends the closing.
